I got into natural health around 10 years ago. This was due to me having health issues of my own, and I took it upon myself to heal myself. The medical professionals were giving me no answers, so I researched, and took myself down a natural healing route.

I discovered just how toxic and harmful general living could be. I couldn’t believe all of the toxins we take in EVERY day. Toxins in food, medicines, cosmetics, cleaning products the list goes on…

Since then I have continued to learn how to live more natural. And I still continue to every day. I’m no medical professional, but would love to share with you the natural knowledge that I have learned along the way.

I have taken courses in Naturopathic nutrition, Detoxing and natural skincare. I have also done a lot of my own research over the past 10 years, And I would love to share it with you, and help you to live your best, healthiest life.
